Keolis Transit America is hiring a Fixed Route Local Driver for Valley Metro in the Tempe/Mesa area. The role requires an Arizona CDL with Passenger endorsement, a clean driving history, and the ability to work flexible full-time hours. A $2,250 sign-on bonus is offered, with benefits beginning on day one and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be minimum 21 years of age.
• 3 years verifiable valid Driver's license.
• Arizona Class A or Class B CDL or CDL Permit with Passenger 'P' Endorsement (REQUIRED, STRONGLY PREFERRED).
• Must have clean driving record for the last 7 years.
• Must pass a 10-year criminal background check.
• Must have stable work history.
• Must work a flexible schedule including split shifts, late nights, weekends, and holidays (Full-time only).
• Experience working with the public.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service skills.
• Must work at Tempe or Mesa locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers feel welcome and provide assistance as needed.
• Communicate with passengers, especially during service disruptions.
• Assist passengers with information such as schedules and guidance.
• Maintain on-time performance and safe on-road operations.
