Join us to become a part of our team as a CDL Local Delivery Truck Driver at FreshPoint, Inc., a Sysco Company. Drive daily routes, unload products, and enjoy the benefits of being home daily. Expected first-year earnings range from $58,000 to $62,000, plus paid benefits.

Job Summary

Operate daily routes with frequent stops, load and unload packages, and operate within a cross-dock model. Assist with loading trucks, palletizing, and other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Manage routes efficiently, meet or exceed time goals.
• Unload products using hand carts or by hand, in all weather conditions.
• Lift, push, or move heavy products up to 75 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, and communicate with management about discrepancies.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and follow safety procedures, including pre-trip inspections.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year of route delivery experience or relevant driving background.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class B (Class A preferred).
• Ability to read and understand English.

Physical Requirements
