Expected First Year Salary: $58,000 - $62,000 + Paid Benefits

Job Summary

All drivers run daily routes with frequent stops, loading packages onto hand trucks, unloading products, and operating successfully in a cross-dock model. Responsibilities include assisting with loading trucks, palletizing, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle in various traffic and weather conditions.
• Meet or exceed route times and productivity goals.
• Unload products, verify deliveries, and handle customer interactions professionally.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• One-year route delivery experience or relevant driving background.
• Valid Class B CDL (Class A preferred).
• Ability to read and understand English.
