Job summary

PepsiCo in Cincinnati is seeking a labor-intensive on-site Delivery Driver to transport and stock products at stores, set up displays, and complete merchandising tasks. You’ll lift cases and operate basic equipment while adhering to DOT rules and safety standards.

Responsibilities include delivering to accounts, maintaining shelves, and ensuring timely invoicing and cash handling. Must be at least 21, hold a valid CDL/permit, and pass required tests. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have Valid U.S. CDL or CDL Permit with Non-Excepted Interstate Status.
• Pass drug test and physical capabilities test.
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and execute all promotions.
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift.
• Merchandise all accounts to local standards.
• Follow DOT regulations.
• Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
