Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; proficient in reading/writing in English.
• 2 years of driving experience or Truck Driving School certification; valid Class B CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10-12 stops per day, handling freight and paperwork.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous materials shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify maintenance needs for vehicle and schedule repairs.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams to meet goals.
• Continue learning Linde’s operations to support growth.
