Job summary

Linde plc. is hiring a CDL driver in the United States. This role delivers products to customers, performs DOT‑regulated hazmat paperwork, and conducts vehicle inspections.

You will count items delivered and picked up, maintain records, and coordinate with customers to meet service goals. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, a Class B CDL with hazmat endorsement, and at least two years of driving experience. You must be 21+, able to lift 75 pounds, and pass a DOT medical exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with proficiency in reading and writing in English.
• Two (2) years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with a valid Class B CDL.
• Must be 21 or older and have a hazmat endorsement or obtain one within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in the last 10 years and ability to pass a DOT medical exam.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers by making 10-12 stops per day, handling freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping orders and papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify needs for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Continuously learn how Linde operates to support growth.
