Job summary

A leading transportation company in Tontitown, AR is seeking a CDL Instructor. The instructor will train students to become safe drivers by teaching both in the classroom and on the road. Candidates should have Class A CDL experience, be able to pass a skills test, and hold a valid CDL license. This full-time position offers a pay range of $55,000 - $65,000 a year along with various benefits, including a 401(k) and health insurance.

Qualifications

• 2 years verifiable OTR type Class A experience in the last 3 years or 1 year experience as a Class A CDL Instructor.
• Valid Class A CDL License required.
• Clean MVR and background check necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver classroom, equipment, range, and road instruction.
• Monitor student progress and provide additional assistance as necessary.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom and on the range.
