Job summary

Sage-Truck-Driving-School is seeking motivated driving instructors to train the next generation of CDL drivers. If you love the CDL life but want to teach, no prior teaching experience required.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, at least two years of trucking experience, a clean DOT record, and the ability to demonstrate the curriculum. Benefits include health coverage, home nights/weekends, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and two years trucking experience required.
• Knowledge of tractor-trailer regulations and safety practices required.
• Ability to demonstrate curriculum and instruct students effectively.
• Positive attitude toward performance, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Teach and model the SAGE curriculum to CDL students.
• Demonstrate maneuvers on range and on-road settings.
• Assess student performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Ensure safety during all training activities and compliance with DOT standards.
