BNSF Railway is seeking a Highway Vehicle Operator/Clerk in Havre, MT. This full-time role involves operating trucks and material-handling equipment, maintaining driver logs, and handling inventory while working in varying weather and safety-sensitive conditions.

Travel is 35–50% with on-the-job training provided. Ideal candidates hold a Class A CDL with HazMat endorsements or can obtain one within 60 days, are 21+ years old, and can lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with HazMat, combination vehicle and air brake endorsements or be able to obtain one within 60 days.
• Be at least 21 years of age by the start date.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to perform basic PC functions and operate standard tools used in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks, trailers and material-handling equipment such as forklifts and delivery vehicles.
• Maintain accurate driver logs as required by safety regulations.
• Order, receive, stock, disperse, load and unload materials and maintain documentation.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment under diverse weather and noise conditions.
