Job summary

Push, Inc. in Eagle River, WI seeks a CDL Directional Drill Operator/Locator (HDD) to install underground utilities using trenchless HDD methods. You will operate Vermeer/ Ditch Witch rigs, read prints and schematics, and train teammates on best practices.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, ability to travel, and strong safety awareness. You will perform equipment maintenance, coordinate boring trajectories, and work outdoors in all weather as part of a field crew.

Qualifications

• Work experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Experience reading prints and schematics.
• Ability to train and mentor other team members.

Responsibilities

• Operates Directional Bore equipment for installation of underground cable conduit or utilities.
• Ensure proper steering based on the noted job preparations and projections.
• Operates construction equipment to align, move, and adjust machinery to conform to grade alignment specifications.
• Maintain bore profile plots and provide customers with directional drilling data.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and attend mandatory safety meetings.
