Job summary

PUSH, Inc. seeks a CDL Directional Drill Operator/Locator (HDD) to install underground utilities using trenchless HDD methods. You will operate drilling equipment, read prints, and coordinate with the team to ensure safe, efficient installations in various locations.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, following safety protocols, and mentoring junior crew members. Valid CDL A and field experience required; relocation or travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Ability to read prints and schematics and train/mentor team members.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and hold a valid Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

• Operate HDD equipment for underground cable/conduit installation.
• Ensure proper steering per project prep and projections.
• Maintain bore profiles and provide drilling data to customers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment with routine maintenance.
