Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with ability to read/write in English.
• Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in the last 10 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day, handling freight and paperwork with strong customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous materials shipping papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Identify needs for timely vehicle repairs or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Continuously learn how Linde's operations contribute to growth and success.
