Quick Supply Co. is hiring full-time CDL Drivers with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to transport bulk and packaged blasting materials to customer sites in Snow Camp, NC. The role requires safety-first operations, outdoor work, and teamwork with other crew members.

Applicants must maintain a valid CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, current medical certification, and be able to pass background and DOT screenings. Training and overtime may be required to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL with Hazmat and Tank endorsements and current medical certification.
• Endorsements must be valid for operation and product transport.
• Ability to pass background check, DOT drug screening, clean MVR, and ATF pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk and packaged products to customer job sites.
• Load and unload vehicles following policy and regulations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle safety.
• Operate vehicles safely in all weather and outdoor conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork with location crew.

Job description

Position Overview

Our Drivers transport bulk and packaged products to customer job sites, operate our vehicles to manufacture and deliver product in to blast holes and provide general blast crew labor as needed.

Driver candidates must have a valid CDL Class A or B with current Hazmat and Tank endorsements as well as current medical certification. If you need either of these endorsements and are willing to obtain with 90 days of hire, we will assist you to do so.

Responsibilities of the Position

• While carrying out daily responsibilities safety and compliance must be the first priority.
• Must be reliable and able to work closely with other location and crew members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load and unload vehicles ensuring products are handled, transported and stored according to policy and regulations.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather, lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more of product and material on a regular basis.
• Pull hoses, shovel and frequently walk, bend or squat.
• Attend training and be able to to demonstrate knowledge and competence of vehicle operating systems and product application.
• Available to work overtime to meet customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid CDL license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and current medical certification.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle physically demanding work outdoors on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work under various weather conditions on rough terrain.
• Must be self-motivated, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
