Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a CDL Grapple Driver to safely operate a Grapple Truck along assigned routes, delivering reliable waste collection for residential and commercial customers while upholding safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and related equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Grapple Truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers on route.
• Collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report safety, mechanical, or route issues promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Use onboard technology to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Collaborate with team to support other operational needs.
