Job summary

Conserv FS, a full-service agriculture cooperative based in Dekalb, IL, is seeking a Petroleum Delivery professional. This role delivers energy products to farm, home, and commercial accounts, using a single or tandem-axle truck, while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

The position requires a CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, with Class A preferred. Travel is required, independent work is expected, and candidates must be able to work beyond standard hours.

Qualifications

• Requires a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Willing to travel independently and work self-directed.
• Occasionally exposed to extreme weather and hazardous conditions.
• Must be able to work hours beyond what is considered “normal.”

Responsibilities

• Delivers all energy products using a single or tandem-axle truck.
• Delivers to farm, home, and commercial customer accounts.
• Safely handles all energy products.
• Ensures tank installations and service work meet customer requirements.
• Performs tank maintenance per Conserv FS guidelines.
• Completes technical training to stay updated on product changes.
• Reports complaints to supervisor and uses proper procedures.
• Assists with inventory control and accuracy.
• Maintains vehicle in good condition and adheres to safety policies.
