Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a qualified CDL Front End Loader Driver in Pompano Beach, FL to service residential, commercial and municipal customers with a Front End Loader Truck. You will operate safely, provide excellent customer service, and uphold professional standards in daily operations.

The role requires pre-trip inspections, safe material handling, and adherence to DOT regulations and PPE use, while supporting a collaborative team to keep communities clean and moving.

Qualifications

CDL license required with clean driving record.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Front End Loader Truck on assigned routes.
Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
Collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of materials per procedures.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle and document routes.
