Qualifications

• Requires valid Class A CDL with endorsements (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Solid understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Familiarity with DOT logbook requirements and compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate flatbed trailers to transport materials to designated locations.
• Adhere to traffic laws, regulations and company policies for safe transportation.
• Inspect and maintain flatbed trailers, reporting issues promptly.
• Load and unload materials securely and efficiently.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members and clients.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety compliance.
• Follow routes and schedules, adjusting as needed for changes.
• Ensure proper disposal of materials in accordance with regulations.
