Responsibilities

• Train associates on CDL examiner tasks and responsibilities.
• Collect and process information for CDL, license, and permits; enter data into LIST.
• Administer vision, knowledge, and road tests following TN and federal guidelines.
• Explain licensing laws and procedures, answer questions on hours, fees and process.
• Reconcile cash receipts and manage daily revenue reports.
• Inspect vehicle safety aspects and assess applicant abilities per rules.
• Maintain testing knowledge annually and stay compliant with federal/state law.
