Career Path Training Corp is seeking a CDL Examiner responsible for administering CDL exams and ensuring safe operations during testing. Candidates must possess a valid CDL Class A license, have a clean driving record, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
This role requires strong communication skills and professionalism in dealing with students and staff. The position also offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
A valid CDL Class A Commercial Driver’s License with all endorsements as required by the Company. Must have a clean driving record with no moving violations within the last 3 years and a minimum of 3 years over‑the‑road or local driving experience, or other criteria acceptable to the Company. Must be able to pass and continuously maintain a U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) physical issued in accordance with all regulations and recommendations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, pass and be approved for DOT drug screen and hair follicle test (HFT), and agree to post‑accident, random and suspicion‑based drug testing. Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain all required local, state and federal approvals to be certified as a CDL Examiner. Must hold a high school diploma, GED or higher and demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate using verbal, non‑verbal and written skills. Must demonstrate physical, intellectual and leadership ability to perform the duties outlined within this job description.
