Job summary

Hepaco, A Clean Harbors Company in Ashland, KY is seeking a CDL Equipment Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light duty trucks at customer sites, including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers and roll-offs, with on-site labor support as needed.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL and the ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days; you will follow DOT rules, maintain logs, and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days
• Ability to use mobile devices as required
• Ability to perform physical functions per job requirements
• Background check, drug test, and physical as per position
• Must meet facial hair standards per OSHA Respiratory Protection Standard

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as needed
• Operate a variety of Class A trucks
• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Perform manual labor on site to meet customer needs
• Maintain daily logs and time sheets
• Follow DOT, local, state and federal regulations
• Safely operate vehicles following company guidelines
• Be on call for emergency response on rotating basis
• Handle site remediation and hazardous materials as applicable
