Empire Southwest is seeking a dependable CDL-A truck driver in Apache Junction, AZ to transport machinery, parts and loads on a safe, timely basis. You will operate trucks with or without trailers, load and secure shipments, and maintain accurate manifests while complying with DOT rules.

The role requires a clean driving record, Hazmat and tanker endorsements, and fluent English. You will follow safety policies, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and cooperate with dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Clean, current driving and safety record for the past 12 months.
• Must have current valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement, Doubles/Triples endorsement, and Tanker endorsement prior to hire.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Operate, load, and unload parts and equipment to be hauled.
• Ensure that all loads are properly prepared, loaded and secured before the vehicle proceeds from each stop.
• Comply with all DOT, State and local traffic laws and regulations.
• Take pictures of questionable machine damage and report immediately.
• Assist in loading or unloading the trucks and secure loads to avoid shifting or falling.
• Maintain manifests accurate and error-free.
