• Safe driving with a Class B CDL and a proven safety record.
• Strong safety mindset, quality, and customer service.
• Excellent vision and physical fitness for driving and maintenance tasks.
• Clear communication with dispatchers and customers.
• Reliable, organized, and time-focused to meet delivery schedules.
• Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
• Experience in dump truck/heavy equipment is helpful, but work ethic matters more.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials within the quarry and to designated locations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections for safety and performance.
• Plan routes, follow delivery schedules, and communicate with dispatch and team.
• Maneuver trucks, verify delivery instructions, and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, policies, and safety standards.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or violations promptly.
• Keep truck clean and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Represent SRM with professionalism and exceptional service.
