Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a Belly Dump Truck Driver to transport dirt, aggregate, asphalt, and other materials to job sites and stockpile in yards. This role requires operating belly dumps, dump trucks, and tractor trailers with safety-focused discipline.

The ideal candidate will hold a CDL A or B, pass DOT physicals, and demonstrate strong logkeeping, maintenance, and teamwork. Must be willing to travel and work nights/weekends as needed, in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of tractor/trailer driving experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid CDL A or CDL B license.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
• MVR must meet company and DOT standards.
• Adherence to safety requirements and company policies.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Current driver’s license meeting state requirements (CDL A/B, hazmat/tanker endorsements possible).

Responsabilités

• Operate trucks safely on highways, yards, and job sites delivering materials.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and documentation per DOT guidelines.
• Check fluid levels, tires, lights, and controls for safe operation.
• Attach/detach trailers and manage various trailers.
• Log deliveries and complete billing paperwork.
• Load/unload equipment or materials as required.
• Maintain vehicle logs and mileage records.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, orderly vehicles and wear PPE as required.
