Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a Belly Dump Truck Driver to transport dirt, aggregate, asphalt, and other materials to various job sites. You will also stockpile in the yard and perform light maintenance while following DOT rules and safety protocols.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CDL A or B, and at least two years of tractor-trailer experience. A DOT physical, drug screen, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years tractor/trailer driving experience preferred.
• CDL A or CDL B license required.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen and background check.
• MVR must meet company and DOT standards.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate belly dumps/flowboy, dump truck or semi-tractor with trailers to deliver materials to job sites and in yard.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections with DOT-compliant paperwork.
• Check fluid levels, tires, lights and controls for safe operation.
• Attach/detach pup trailers and various trailers as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and complete paperwork for billing.
• Load and unload equipment or materials and monitor gauges.
