Job summary

CRH, through Standard Construction Co., a CRH Company, is hiring a Dump Truck Driver for Memphis, TN. The role requires adherence to DOT rules, safety procedures, and reliable vehicle operation with hands-on loading, inspection, and maintenance tasks to support road and infrastructure projects.

Two years of dump truck driving experience is preferred. Candidates must pass DOT drug screening, background checks, a Fit-for-Work assessment, and provide I-9 documentation.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Dump Truck Driving experience.
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Pass a pre-employment “Fit for Work” physical.
• Be able to provide valid I-9 documentation.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safety.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections with documentation.
• Load and unload equipment or materials and ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean and orderly truck and operate safely.
