CDL DRIVERS ESSENTIAL TASKS:
  1. Operate and maintain trucks used in hauling and applying aggregates and asphalt to roads and construction sites.
  2. Transfer materials by driving truck to and from location in a timely manner and in accordance with safety regulations.
  3. Keep accurate count of materials and complete company paperwork properly and timely (time-sheets, logs, inspections).
  4. Identify maintenance needs (tires, lights, brakes, fluids) and communicate issues.
  5. Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
  6. Ensure safety equipment is available and in good condition.
  7. Maintain a clean truck and trailer.
  8. Complete truck inspections as required.
  9. Perform other job duties as needed for job completion.
Qualifications:
  1. Two or more years of driving experience preferred.
  2. Valid CDL license (Class A with Tanker preferred).
  3. Good driving record and DOT physical.
  4. Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, EPA, and CDL laws.
  5. Effective communication skills.
  6. Reliable transportation and ability to travel.
  7. Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
  8. Ability to pass background check and drug test.
  9. Proper attire including safety gear.
  10. Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
  11. Legal right to work in the U.S.
Working Conditions:

This job involves lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, squatting, twisting, and climbing. Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments with exposure to noise, fumes, dust, and moving equipment.

Equipment Operators Essential Tasks:
  1. Operate self-propelled grader for leveling and grading tasks.
  2. Coordinate with crew and monitor safety standards.
  3. Check fuel and record operations.
  4. Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Two or more years of Motor Grader experience.
  2. Ability to operate and maintain grader with minimal supervision.
  3. Good safety awareness and communication skills.
  4. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
  5. Willingness to work irregular hours and in various conditions.
  6. Proper safety attire required.
  7. Legal right to work in the U.S.
Working Conditions:

Similar physical and environmental conditions as CDL drivers, including lifting, climbing, working in various weather conditions, and exposure to noise and fumes.
