Job summary

Mr. Greens is hiring motivated individuals to drive refrigerated trucks on established routes, delivering fresh produce to customer locations. You will operate 16- or 24-foot delivery box trucks and provide friendly, timely service.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, unload with a pallet jack, and communicate with dispatchers to address delays or issues, ensuring orders meet customers' needs. Weekend availability and a valid license with a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Available weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mr. Greens Delivery Box Truck (16 or 24 ft).
• Inspect vehicle prior to each departure and ensure safety.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to clients.
• Unload goods using a pallet jack.
• Review deliveries with customers to confirm needs are met.
• Communicate delays or issues with dispatch and leadership.
• Maintain ongoing route communication with dispatcher.
• Report defective equipment promptly.

Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida, Texas and Georgia. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.

Summary

Mr. Greens is looking for highly motivated and dedicated candidates who will Drive refrigerated trucks on established route to deliver fresh produce into customer locations. Expected to provide friendly service in making accurate and timely deliveries. Handle and resolve customer complaints and daily truck inspection and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mr. Greens Delivery Box Truck 16 or 24-foot Truck.


• Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods


• Help us ensure that our clients receive their delivery as promised.


• Unload products utilizing a pallet jack.


• Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.


• Effectively communicate with dispatchers and leadership team concerning delays, unsafe routes, accidents, and equipment breakdowns.


• Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher.


• Properly and promptly report defective equipment

Requirements

• Work independently, using our Mr. Greens Delivery Box Truck 16 or 24-foot Truck.
