Job summary

Iroquois Job Corps in Medina, NY is seeking a full-time CDL Driver with passenger endorsement / Security to safeguard students, staff and facilities. Position Available: CDL driver With passenger endorsement /SECURITY

We are seeking a full-time Driver/Security Officer who is Responsible for the safety and security of the students, staff and facilities Hours are 11am-8pm Sunday-Thursday

Duties include:

• Transports students to and from off-center appointments.
• Checks the condition of a vehicle's tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment to ensure that everything is in working order.
• Reports any bus malfunctions or needed repairs.
• Complies with traffic regulations.
• Prepares and submits reports that may include the number of passengers or trips, hours worked, mileage, and/or fuel consumption.
• Ensures the physical security of buildings and property.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED. Must possess or obtain a valid Commercial Drivers license with an acceptable driving record. CDL with Passenger endorsement preferred.
