Job summary

Iroquois Job Corps in Medina, NY is seeking a full-time CDL Driver with passenger endorsement / Security to safeguard students, staff and facilities. The role runs 11am–8pm, Sunday through Thursday, and includes transporting students to appointments and ensuring vehicle safety and on-site security.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a valid CDL with a clean driving record; passenger endorsement is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL with acceptable driving record; passenger endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transports students to and from off-center appointments.
• Checks vehicle tires, brakes, wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water and safety equipment.
• Reports bus malfunctions or needed repairs.
• Complies with traffic regulations.
• Prepares reports on passengers, trips, hours, mileage or fuel consumption.
• Ensures physical security of buildings and property.
