Qualifications

• Must possess a current and Valid Class A CDL or commercial driver license.
• Must possess the ability to drive manual transmission AND no "Manual Transmission Restriction" on license.
• Must be able to pass requirements on a FMCSA Clearinghouse Query.
• Must provide a medical certificate.
• Repeated physical effort including driving for several hours per day or several hours at a time, standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Vision and hearing sufficient for safe operation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive long distances to deliver materials to jobsites in a timely manner.
• Load, unload and record cargo deliveries. Maintain paperwork.
• Refuel and clean vehicle.
• Inspect trucks and report issues to maintenance personnel.
• Plan routes using GPS system and keep logs of hours worked.
• Adhere to safety standards and traffic laws.
