Job summary

Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver for Water Truck operations at our San Antonio, TX construction sites.

You will safely transport water, use pump systems to compact soil and control dust, and assist with trenching and backfilling while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. Ideal candidates have a valid CDL with tanker endorsement, a current DOT medical certificate, and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with tanker endorsement required.
• Current DOT Medical Certificate and Medical Examiner’s Report.
• No DUIs in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations.
• No more than 1 accident in the past 3 years.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a comparable vehicle.
• Strong understanding of federal and state driving and safety regulations.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities
