Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate in Chesapeake, VA. You will split time between driving routes and warehouse tasks to stock, load, and prepare products for delivery to stores and distribution centers.

The role requires a CDL-Class A with at least one year of safe driving, a REAL ID or federal ID for base access, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Forklift/Pallet jack experience is a plus, with security checks and drug testing part of the process.

Qualifications

• CDL-Class A license with at least 1 year of safe driving experience.
• REAL ID license, U.S. passport, or federal ID required to access military base facilities.
• Capable of repetitive tasks and physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling).
• Willingness to perform both driver and warehouse duties throughout career.
• Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is a plus.
• Must pass drug test, MVR, and background check; FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely and on time to stores and warehouses.
• Stock trucks with products for drivers and assist with loading/unloading.
• Coordinate with retail customers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Perform warehouse duties: order picking, palletizing, inventory checks, and keeping areas organized.
