Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate in Tatamy, PA. This role blends driving duties with warehouse tasks, including loading trucks, stock checks, and coordinating with store deliveries. You must hold a CDL-A, have at least one year of safe driving, and be able to pass company checks.

The position offers early hours, long shifts, and flexibility to perform both roles across the year. Local routes cover NJ, NY, PA, and MD with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a CDL-Class A license and at least one year of proven safe driving experience.
• Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access a military base facility.
• Capable of repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment with lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Willingness to perform both CDL driving and warehouse duties throughout your career.
• Capable of passing licenses required to operate equipment.
• Strong adaptability to take on diverse responsibilities and duties.
• Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD).
• Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is a plus.
• You must pass drug test, MVR, and background check.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety checks and compliance with procedures for warehouse equipment.
• Complete daily field service activities, including preparing invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor.
• Coordinate with retail customers and delivery areas; relay needs to customer service.
• Participate in warehouse activities: unloading, stock counting, order processing, and organization.
• Work in warehousing: order picking, palletizing, loading/unloading delivery trucks.
• Ensure proper loading of products on trucks and maintain inventory.
• Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.
