Job summary

Johnstone Supply, North America's leading HVACR distributor, seeks a reliable driver/warehouse associate to safely operate forklifts, load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and pick orders. You will maintain accurate inventory, use RF devices and ERP tools, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely deliveries.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of truck driving experience, with forklift certification and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of truck driving experience or equivalent
• Experience operating forklift and warehouse equipment safely and competently
• English proficiency required; multilingual skills valued but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment and vehicles safely to locate, move, and stock products
• Receive product, unload trucks, and verify shipments against packing lists
• Verify bar code labels and stock numbers; complete required paperwork
• Fill orders, pack items, and prepare shipments for delivery
• Maintain safety standards and follow procedures and SOPs
