GROWMARK FS is headquartered in Milford, Delaware, with branches in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The cooperative does business in seed, agronomy, energy, crop protection, precision agriculture, and custom application. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Operates a truck with single, tandem, or multi-axle configuration for delivery and/or pick-up of agronomy and energy products following specified schedules to/from company or customer locations, aiming for profitable growth. Assists with maintaining physical inventory and the physical aspects of the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Operates all assigned vehicles, including forklifts, in accordance with safety standards and proper operation techniques.
2. Performs daily safety checks of vehicles and associated equipment, including pre-trip inspections and maintenance, maintaining a professional appearance.
3. Loads and unloads containers, pallets, or materials safely using hand tools or forklifts.
4. Ensures loads are balanced and distributed properly, checking axle weights and complying with DOT regulations.
5. Completes deliveries and pickups on schedule, providing excellent customer service and professionalism.
6. Accurately completes all documentation, including bills of lading, delivery slips, and invoices, and returns them promptly.
7. Maintains accurate logs and records of cargo and other duties.
8. Stocks and moves warehouse products, maintaining the facility and equipment.
9. Follows maintenance schedules for the facility and equipment.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct, safety policies, and performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

- High school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of related experience operating tractor-trailers or tender trucks, meeting company and DOT standards.

- Demonstrates business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.

- Must have or obtain a valid CDL with endorsements, a medical card, and a clean driving record.

- Ability to work extended hours as needed.

- Ability to work in various conditions, including extreme weather, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and at heights.

- Ability to lift 51-70 lbs.

- Willingness to participate in training on company policies and safety procedures.
