Job summary

Located in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, Brunswick's Mercury Marine division invites you to join the Racing Materials team. This role supports receiving, boxing, shipping and returned goods, ensuring accurate material movements and organized storage.

On first shift, you will move items between warehouse locations, prepare shipments, and maintain safety and equipment. A valid CDL, forklift experience, and basic computer skills are required, with the chance to grow within a global marine leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to learn new computer programs and prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and good judgment.
• Clear communication with team members and supervisors.
• Basic computer skills and forklift experience.
• CDL certification and required documentation.
• MRP software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs receiving, shipping and material storage functions.
• Answers inquiries about the status of shipments.
• Assigns storage locations for products, supplies and material.
• Moves material from warehouse to support manufacturing, sales and interplant orders.
• Processes forms and documents for receipt, storage and shipping.
• Ensures timely and accurate shipments of products.
• Inspects warehouse equipment and ensures safety compliance.
