We are seeking qualified CDL drivers to join our team with a lucrative sign-on bonus of $5,500. The position involves delivering products safely and efficiently to our customers, maintaining compliance with all regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Earn a total bonus of $5,500, paid in installments: $1,500 after 3 months and $4,000 after 6 months of employment.
• Payments are made as soon as practicable following the specified timeframes.
• Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.

Position Summary

Deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with all safety and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV vehicles safely and professionally, including combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR.
• Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Complete all delivery and pickup paperwork accurately.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks and handle product movement within stores.
• Report any route or safety issues to supervisors.
• Attend all required training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 or legal age in the state.
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.
• Experience within the past 12 months with a similar CMV.
• One year of work experience involving heavy lifting in environments like distribution centers, construction, or farms.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Must pass a post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the beverage industry or customer service.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Use manual transport equipment over distances.
• Physically exert oneself for prolonged periods.
