$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS
After (3) months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after (6) months, you will receive $4,000.
- Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
- You must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.
Position Summary:
To efficiently deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.
Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Operate CMV (such as, combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR) safely and professionally.
- Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
- Unload and deliver products safely and accurately using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
- Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately.
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Maintain product fill levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers; transport products between truck, backroom, and display floor using MHE.
- Communicate any barriers to maintaining the route plan to supervisors.
- Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
- Attend and complete all required company training and certifications.
- Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving concerns effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
- Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
- At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
- One year of safe driving experience recently within a CMV similar to the one operated for the company.
- Experience in environments requiring heavy lifting, such as distribution centers or construction.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Pass a post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Beverage industry experience.
- Customer service experience, including problem-solving.
- Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to push and pull manual transport equipment over at least 100 yards.
- Ability to exert physical effort over sustained periods.
