We offer a $5,500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS.
- Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
- Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.
Breakdown of Bonus Payments:
- After 3 months of employment: $1,500
- After 6 months of employment: $4,000
Position Summary
Deliver products efficiently to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Operate CMV safely and professionally, including combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR.
- Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
- Unload and deliver products safely using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
- Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Maintain product levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers, transporting between truck, backroom, and display floor.
- Communicate any route barriers to supervisors for adjustments.
- Report unsafe conditions.
- Complete all required training and certifications.
- Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
- Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
- At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
- Recent safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV.
- One year of work experience involving heavy lifting in environments such as distribution centers, farms, or construction.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Beverage industry experience.
- Customer service experience, including problem-solving.
- Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Repetitive pushing and pulling of transport equipment over 100 yards.
- Physical exertion over sustained periods.
