Sign-On Bonus Details

• After 3 months: $1,500
• After 6 months: $4,000
• Total potential bonus: $5,500

Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames. Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.

Position Summary

Deliver products efficiently to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV safely and professionally, including combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR.
• Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products safely using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain product levels on racks, shelves, and displays; transport between truck, backroom, and display floor.
• Communicate route barriers to supervisors.
• Report unsafe conditions.
• Complete all training and certifications.
• Follow company policies and applicable laws including DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
• One year of safe driving experience in a similar CMV within the past 12 months.
• One year of work experience involving heavy lifting (e.g., distribution, construction).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT Physical.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Push and pull manual transport equipment over 100 yards.
• Work physically over sustained periods.
