Sign-On Bonus Details

$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames
• Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify

After 3 months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after 6 months, $4,000.

Position Summary

Deliver products efficiently to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV vehicles safely and professionally, including combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR.
• Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products safely, utilizing lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain store product levels and transport products between truck, backroom, and display with MHE.
• Communicate any barriers to route plans to supervisors for customer or dispatch updates.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete required training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military driving experience.
• Safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV.
• One year of work experience involving heavy lifting in relevant environments.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience, problem-solving skills.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical & Work Environment

• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Push and pull manual transport equipment for at least 100 yards.
• Physically exert oneself over sustained periods.
