$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

  • Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames

After three months of employment, you will receive $1,500;

After six months of employment, you will receive $4,000

Position Summary

To efficiently deliver product to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To
  • Safe and professional operation of a CMV, such as combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR.
  • Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment using mobile logs.
  • Safely and accurately unload and deliver product to customers using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
  • Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
  • Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Maintain product levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers; transport product between truck, backroom, and display floor with MHE such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Communicate any barriers to maintaining the route plan to the supervisor.
  • Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
  • Attend and complete all company training and certifications.
  • Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills And Experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
  • Valid Class A CDL and an acceptable driving record.
  • At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.
  • One year of safe driving experience recently in a similar CMV.
  • Work experience in environments requiring heavy lifting, such as distribution centers, farms, or construction.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations.
  • Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.
Preferred Skills And Experience
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Beverage industry experience.
  • Customer service experience including problem-solving.
  • Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
Physical Demands And Work Environment
  • Repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Push and pull manual transport equipment for at least 100 yards.
  • Exert physically over sustained periods.
