CDL Driver Wanted - $5,000 Sign On Bonus!

$5,500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames
• Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify

Bonus Breakdown:

• After 3 months of employment, receive $1,500
• After 6 months of employment, receive $4,000

Position Summary: To efficiently deliver product to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Safe operation of a CMV (Combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR)
• Completing pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs
• Safely unload and deliver products using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks
• Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork
• Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Maintain stock levels and transport products within the store environment
• Communicate route barriers to supervisors
• Report unsafe conditions
• Complete required training and certifications
• Follow company policies and applicable laws including DOT regulations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age 21 or legal age as per state
• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record
• At least 1 year of driving experience with Class A CDL or military equivalent
• Experience in heavy lifting environments for at least 1 year
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT Physical

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Beverage industry or customer service experience
• Experience with pallet jacks

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Operate manual or powered pallet jacks over 100 yards
• Physically exert oneself over sustained periods
