Benefits and Bonuses

$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames
• Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify

$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS DETAILS

• After 3 months of employment, you will receive $1,500
• After 6 months of employment, you will receive $4,000

Position Summary

Deliver products efficiently to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV safely and professionally, including combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR
• Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs
• Unload and deliver products safely using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks
• Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Maintain store product levels, transporting items with MHE such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Communicate route issues to supervisors for adjustments
• Report unsafe conditions
• Complete all required training and certifications
• Follow company policies, store policies, and applicable laws including DOT regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record
• At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent
• One year of safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV
• Experience in environments requiring heavy lifting, such as distribution centers or construction
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Beverage industry experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks

Physical Demands

• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Push and pull manual transport equipment over 100 yards
• Exert physical effort over sustained periods
