$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
• Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.

$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• After 3 months of employment, you will receive $1,500.
• After 6 months of employment, you will receive $4,000.

Position Summary: To efficiently deliver product to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Safe operation of a CMV such as, combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR.
• Completing pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Safely unloading and delivering products using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Accurately completing delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintaining product levels on shelves and displays, transporting between truck, backroom, and store floor.
• Communicating route barriers to supervisors for adjustments.
• Reporting unsafe conditions.
• Completing all required training and certifications.
• Following company policies, store policies, and applicable laws including DOT regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 21 years old or meeting state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
• Minimum one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
• Safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV.
• One year of work involving heavy lifting in environments like distribution centers, farms, or construction.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Must pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience including problem-solving.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Operating manual transport equipment for at least 100 yards.
• Physically exerting over sustained periods.
