Job description

$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

After (3) months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after (6) months, you will receive $4,000.

  • Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the respective time frames listed above.
  • You must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.
Position Summary:

To efficiently deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV), such as, combination vehicles or straight trucks with a GVWR or GCWR over 10,001 lbs., safely and professionally.
  • Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment using mobile handheld device logs.
  • Safely and accurately unload and deliver products to customers using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
  • Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
  • Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Maintain product fill levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers; transport products between truck, backroom, and display floor using MHE such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Communicate any barriers to maintaining the route plan to the supervisor for customer or dispatch updates.
  • Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
  • Attend and complete all company training and certifications.
  • Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws, including DOT regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving concerns effectively.
  • Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Must be at least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
  • Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record according to MVR policy guidelines.
  • At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.
  • One year of safe driving experience, including recent experience within the past 12 months operating a similar CMV.
  • One year of work experience in physically demanding environments such as distribution centers, construction, or similar roles involving heavy lifting.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations.
  • Must pass a post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Beverage industry experience.
  • Customer service experience, including problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly without assistance, including kneeling, squatting, reaching, and bending.
  • Ability to operate manual transport equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks over at least 100 yards without assistance.
  • Physically exert oneself over sustained periods to complete job activities.
