CDL Driver Wanted - $5,000 Sign On Bonus!

We are looking for a qualified CDL driver to join our team. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Summary

Deliver products to customers efficiently, safely, and professionally, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV vehicles such as combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR safely and professionally.
• Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain product levels on shelves and displays, transporting products between truck, backroom, and display floor.
• Communicate any route barriers to supervisors for proper handling.
• Report unsafe conditions and attend all required training and certifications.
• Follow all applicable laws, including DOT regulations, and provide excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.
• Experience with heavy lifting in previous roles.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in beverage industry or customer service.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Demands

• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Operate manual or powered transport equipment over distances.
