CDL Driver Wanted - $5,000 Sign On Bonus!

Position Overview

Deliver products to customers safely, courteously, professionally, and in compliance with all regulations and schedules.

Position Responsibilities

• Operate CMV vehicles (Combination or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR) safely and professionally.
• Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain product levels on store shelves and displays, transporting products with MHE.
• Communicate route issues or barriers to supervisors.
• Report unsafe conditions.
• Complete all required training and certifications.
• Follow company, store policies, and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.
• Recent safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV.
• One year of work in physically demanding environments (distribution, construction, etc.).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience including problem-solving.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Push and pull manual transport equipment for at least 100 yards.
• Perform physically demanding activities over sustained periods.
