Job summary

MB Haynes Corporation in Asheville, NC, seeks a skilled CDL driver to transport and unload structural members, assist with installation and maintenance of streetlights and signals, and support trenching, conduit placement, and pole foundations. You will operate a range of equipment and work with crews to complete tasks safely.

Qualifications

Must pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Valid Class A or B CDL and current DOT physical required.
Experience with signal/lighting projects is a plus.
Ability to operate construction equipment safely and effectively.
Positive, cooperative attitude with excellent attendance and teamwork.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

Drive trucks to and from job sites and unload materials.
Assist in installation and maintenance of streetlights, signals, and power lines.
Dig trenches, place conduits, and pour concrete for pole foundations; assist with site tasks.
