Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking an experienced CDL Driver/Trainer to join our fast-growing team in Buffalo, NY. You will travel 2-4 nights per week, train drivers hands-on, and lead safety and DOT compliance efforts.

This role requires at least 2 years of management experience, a Class B CDL, strong communication and leadership skills, the ability to lift 75 lbs, and a Bachelor's Degree. Expect 50-hour weeks with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Traveling out of town 2-4 nights per week.
• Ability to train hands on, and get greasy.
• 50 hours of work time per week.
• Ability to manage people, and maintain standards directly with drivers.
• Completing ride along training with new drivers.
• Completing ride along trainings to qualify and retrain existing drivers.
• Conducting spot equipment and safety checks.
• Enforcement of company process and safety guidelines for both CDL and NON-CDL drivers.
